Deleted Scanner and Camera Wizard from Accessory Menu

I right click and deleted the Scanner and Camera Wizard from the Accessory
Menu and I am trying to get it back> using windows xp pro which was
preloaded on computer so i do not have cd - even if i did I would not know
what to do since i am a new user basic user .. i want to the the Scanner and
Camera Wizard reinstalled in the Accessory Menu - not sure if I just deleted
the icon or program. need detailed help please and thank you!

Navigate to:

c:\WINDOWS\system32\wiaacmgr.exe

This is the program you are looking for.

The you can create a short cut to you desktop.

Then go to start>all programs and right click all programs and select open.
Then open the programs folder, then the accessories folder, and move the
short cut there. You can rename it to what ever you would like.
