Deleted Profile Vista Home -Need to Recover

I rencently purchased a laptop with Vista installed and an administrator set
up. I deleted the administrator and set myself up as admin - but I forgot to
move all my music. Is there anyway I can recover the deleted profile or even
the itune files?
Thanks.

Vista has a hidden in-built super-Admin account. If you have Admin access
now you could activate it, however I doubt any information from the old
deleted Admin account will be accessible as the files associated with it
will mostly have been deleted along with the account. Only action I guess
would be disk recovery, but if it's just music files it's most probably not
work the effort. Had it been your Ph.D thesis that you hadn't backed up then
it might be worth it...

You'll be amazed at what basic file recovery software can recover.
As long as they are not defragging or doing anything to overwrite the space
once occupied by the deleted files, they stand a good chance of getting them
back.

They may have to go through the whole collection renaming & editing the tags
on all of them though.
Personally i'd just fire up Ares & chalk it down to experience :)
