Computers do not have a backup for files deleted from the Recycle Bin.
Your chances of retrieving a file deleted from the Recycle Bin are slim. To
maximize your chances, immediately stop using your computer and do not close
it. When a file is deleted from the Recycle Bin, Windows marks the disk
space occupied by the file as empty, so any other application, including
Windows itself, may write information in that space. Once a file has been
over written, it is irretrievable without extraordinary (and expensive)
measures.
Go to another computer and obtain a file recovery tool from the Internet.
Perhaps another poster can suggest a particular program. Follow the
instructions for that recovery tool. No guarantees. Good luck.
