deleted my sound help please

hi ive accidently deleted my sound. I was having problems with the audio and
deleted the realtek sound thing. Where my volume was, it now says no sound
advice is installed. I'm totally clueless as what to do, so if anyone can
help me in simple terms then PLEASE advice me

Depending on what you deleted, a reboot will find the sound again. If you
deleted the driver, you will need to reinstall it. Download the latest from
the soundcard or MOBO website or use the MOBO driver disk.
