Deleted items keep returning!

Hey everyone,

We are running a Win2k3 domain and Exchange 2003 using Outlook 2003. I have
a user (just one so far) that is having a little problem. When she deletes
items from her "Deleted items" folder they return in a few mins. We have a
size limit on everyone's mailbox and her's is getting full so she really
needs to deletes some old items but they keep coming back. Any ideas?

Is she using any other device that she synchs with I would check those
devices. Also, if she is setup to work offline may need to create a new
offline (.ost) file. Finally check to make sure there are no rules setup
that could be causing this issue.
