Although it's labelled as for messages stuck in the Outbox,
it also works in other folders. If you don't know whether
to use the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the
32-bit version first.
Norton and McAfee antivirus programs often cause this
problem, so if you have either, you may need to install the
fix again later.
I tried the download or update it didn't help. I guess my only option is the
next method they mention. I certainly am not the sharpest knife in the
drawer and don't want to spend days fixing things I just goofed up. Any more
suggestions?
