deleted input language came back again

Don't know what happened, but one dya the Simpfied Chinese input just come
which I never installed. Even after I delete from the input language
setting, it come back again after I restarted my computer.

Either somebody else did it or you`ve been hijacked .
 
Yes, I just tried to uncheck the compability configuration in the advance
setting, seems it is okay now.
