Deleted folder

I have deleted a folder off my C drive as well as the recycle bin.
Any ideas on how I can recover this deleted folder.

I suppose you can really restore your lost folder using data recovery
tools. Among them I can pose out the most powerful ones, Active@
Undelete and Uneraser (for DOS). These tools never failed me before,
nor they ever corrupted restored info. I'm pretty sure that will be
able to bring back your folder, try it.
