deleted folder out of recycle bin

Hi Kelly;

Thank you for your very helpful suggestions/site. I did
recover some files from today, but not the one that I
needed. The file was from around 4 pm today. Again, it
recovered ones from earlier today, but not from later.
Any OTHER suggestions?

If the freeware data recovery programs didn't work for you, then there
is professional data recovery software, such as Easy Pro Recovery from
Ontrack. It is expensive, but only you can decide how much your data is
worth. If you do want to attempt file recovery, stop using that
computer immediately.
