deleted emails are not going to deleted items folder

Hi,

When i delete a mail it does not go to the deleted items folders.

Any idea?

If you hold down the shift key when deleting it won't go to the deleted items
folder. But by default you should see a message saying something like "Are
you sure you want to permanently delete this item?".

But the problem is that i want the mails to go to the deleted items folder,
and they are gone straight.

Not sure if that can be controlled. You might like to repost and see if
someone with current Exchange access can check it.
