Where are my deleted items?

When I delete an email it does not appear in my deleted items folder, only
deleted sent mail seems to go in to the deleted items folder? Other deleted
items, such as mail from my inbox, just disppears??

What kind of e-mail account are you working with? The reason that I ask is
that IMAP accounts wouldn't use a deleted items folder.

In Account settings the accounts are down as IMAP/SMTP?? The deleted items
folder was working up until the end of last week? Inbox messages that I
deleted were going in to the deleted items folder??

Sorry, that's simply not possible with an IMAP account accessed by Outlook.
IMAP accounts don't have Deleted Items folders.

I am having the same problem as you. Approximately two weeks ago my deleted
mail stopped going to the Deleted Items Folder. I use Outlook 2007 with my
AOL account. Previously all deleted items went to the Deleted Items Folder.
My operating system is Vista Home Premium.

I started having the same problem when I updated to Microsoft Office 2007.
Previously, deleted items went to the Deleted Items Folder. Now, they just
disappear. I am using Microsoft Windows XP. Can anyone help?
