Deleted Data in Table

I think I already know the answer, but I have to try. I have a user who
deleted data out of a table in Access and closed it down, then realize they
made a mistake. There is no retrievable backup. How screwed am I? Thank
you.

Well for lack of a better term, you are screwed, unless of course you have a
back-up. A little trick, when creating a database for other users, either
remove delete cabability or create an 'Are you SURE you NEVER want to see
this information again!' button with an option to say oh no...
