deleted by mistake

after doing a scan one of the items was marked ignore
(moderate Threat), but i removed it anyhow, and come to
find out it contained all my music which I had down
loaded. is there anyway of getting the deleted files
back??

Click Browser Hijack Settings Restore

Or
Click Tools
Click Spyware Scan
Manage Spyware Quarantine

Follow prompts from there.
Some have reported taking hours to restore the data if it is a large
quantity.
