deleted all .exe files

messing around deleting spywares i managed to delete my exe files. i can even run sfc scan because that files gone to. be trying to boot the xp desk but it wont start install. i would love to hear any other ideas anyone might have

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
