deleted administrator account

hi, i accidentally deleted the original administrator account instead of
renaming the account. now, i cannot download software from the internet and
certain programs, such as excel, will not load on my computer. an error
message prompts telling me to "insert a cd-rom." i do not have the original
cd that came with the computer (it is a second-hand computer) but i do have
the recovery disk. can anyone help me solve my problem? thank you.

It is not possible to delete the "Administrator" account - Windows
won't let you. What makes you think that it is deleted?
 
To know if you erased the account of the manager, presses simultaneously ctrl
alt of two times and he was asking you the name of the user and the key, put
manager with the password or without

hi. i've tried downloading software from the internet. i am not able to complete the process because when i try to run the "active x" i keep getting a message that says i don't have administrator rights. but i am always logged on as the administrator. thanks, tammy
