deleted Admin user group

Access data base with security setup in was changed so that all users were
only classified as users. Now when opening up data base, no user has
authority to access any data tables even though you can see all the tables,
queries, forms, ect
Have added new users in security with Admin rights but doesn't effect this
database.
Tried to create new database and import data from other but since there's no
user with anything other than user rights, can't pull information from this
table.
Any work arounds?

That isn't possible. Access won't let you do this. One user, at least,
must be a member of the Admins Group.

You didn't do this in the correct workgroup (or if you did, then you must
have done so as a user who *is* a member of the Admins Group.
