Delete Workgroup Name in Windows XP Pro

How do you delete/remove a workgroup name from the
Microsoft Windows Network list of workgroup names please?
I have two listed, but am only using one. I created HOME
and want to keep it. WORKGROUP is also listed and I would
like it gone.

Make sure all machines have the same workgroup and over time the other one
will disepate.
 
Ok. Thanks. The one computer was just changed tonight.
How long will we have to wait or is there something I can
do to get them updated faster than just waiting?
 
Generally it should be less than 1/2 hour but sometimes it may be a bit
longer.

It is one of the mysteries of the Network Browser service. If it doesn't
work let us know and we can try something else.
