Delete tool bar permanently

I need help on how to permanently delete the HotBar
toolbar from my set-up. I can't seem to make it
disappear. It's driving me nuts! Can you help?

What have you tried? AdAware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy should be able
to get rid of it.

A google search on "hotbar remove spyware" brought up a number of hits.
