delete the ability to move computers from one OU to another

We would like to delegate the ability for our field people the ability to
move computer accounts from the default Computers container to our OU with
Group policy applied.

Suggestions welcome.

You need to delegate the ability to delete computer objects in the computers
container and the ability to create computer objects in "your" OU.

Do you know if these permissions are in the delegation wizard? If not, can
you list which permissions I need?

Trying to give as little as possible.
