delete recurring meeting when not the organiser

Hello

Is it possible for someone else ( eg IT dept ) to delete a duplicated
recurring meeting when I am not the organiser ? I do not want to have to ask
the MD to delete meetings when we could tidy this up on his behalf.

Yes if you are running Exchange server the postmaster or the Excahnge
administrator can do this for you.

Yes we are running exchange server 2000 , how does the postmaster of
exchange administrator ( which I am ) do this ? Using Outlook client or via
the server ?
