delete read receipts from outgoing queue (wherever it is....)

Hi,

Does someone know how to delete a "read receipt" that outlook has in its
outgoing queue? It is not showing up in the "outgoing" folder.

The situation is like this: I have an email account in a server that I can
access via POP3 with no problem, but I am behind a firewall sometimes, and
they have SMTP blocked. So, I read an email sent with the "read receipt"
option, and outlook tries to send it, but fails because of the
firewall...and keeps trying and trying....

So, how can I delete that message? Where is outlook storing it?

I had this problem too.

This page http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm has some instructions:
Option 1: change the SMTP server for the email account in question till they flush out.
Option 2: install Outllok Spy (http://www.dimastr.com/outspy/) and winkle the nasty critters out of the hidden folders.
