Delete Query

I have a delete query in which I have joined 2 tables and it works. These
tables have been made by 'make table' queries. But the delete query doesn't
work when the join is on 2 queries inside it. Why is that?
 
I want to know that answer also can you explain how you made these tables?
 
Make a select query and then on the menu above, click on 'query' and then
'make table'.
