Delete/Modify Rules in Outlook 2003

I had Outlook 2000 loaded, I installed beta Outlook 2007 and uninstalled it
because I couldn't hotsync with my pda. I loaded 2003 and my rules from 2000
won't run, can't be modified or deleted. I read the other posts with this
same problem but there don't seem to be any solutions listed. Help please?

Start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanrules
