Delete messages from Deleted items with receipt request.

I can't seem to delete any email messages from my deleted items folder
if there happens to be a message in the folder with a request to send
the sender a receipt.
I don't won't to really reply to all those messages requesting a
receipt. Is there away to over-ride that error message and just
permantly delete the messages? Thanks

In OL2003 there's a 'No to All' button to decline any receipt requests
you're being asked for...
