A client sent me a message to my work email. I retrieved it from home via
outlook. She requested a confirmation that is was received so I approved it
but I cannot send from home through my work email server. Therefore every
time outlook tries to send the confirmation back to her it gives me a no send
error. I have changed the settings not to send from this account, not
include in the send receive etc to no avail. The only solution is to remove
the account from outlook altogther then it stops. But as soon as I add it
again as a new account it starts trying to send that confirmation. How do I
get rid of it?
Any help please!

Is the item sitting in your Outbox where you can deal with it?
