Delete Items on TOOL drop down menu on IE Tool Bar?

Does anybody know how to delete items from the 'TOOL' drop down menu on
the IE browser main tool bar?
 
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
Delete any of the keys you don't want to show. Make sure you backup your
registry first. Doesn't look like this will remove all items though.
