delete Hotbar

I want to get rid of this annoying program called Hotbar.
When I use: Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs it
doesn't work. When I try to delete it directly from
C:\Programm files, I get a message saying that I do not
have acces to delete some .dll file.

Click the Download Link on the site & you'll be half way there...The SW
monitors applications that actually SPY on your system
