delete from links bar

Does anyone know how to reset my "default home page" stay
when I try and reset it. It keeps defaulting to
something called "i-lookup". It also always adds an
extra toolbar line with links on my toolbar. The default
setting for my home page does not stay after I close
Internet Explorer. Please help!!
