Delete Empty Folders

I have a user with about 200 folders-about 20% are empty. Is there
anyway to delete any folder that is empty without finding it and doing
it manually?

No, but you can easily see whcih ones are empty by Tools-> Mailbox Cleanup->
View Mailbox Size...
