Delete Block

Does anyone know what this is? I don't know what I did. When I highlight a
selection and hit delete. It doesn't delete it, and at the bottow it says
Delete block, No (yes)? I don't know how to turn it off.

In Tools > Options > General, uncheck the two boxes that refer to WordPerfect.
