Delete and ESC Key not working and High Utilization in Outlook 200

I am using Outlook 2007 on a new Dell M1730 Laptop comptuer. I just finished
installing Office Suite 2007 with all current Hotfixes and SP's for both
Windows XP and Office 2007.

The Delete key and ESC keys are not working when trying to delete a message
or close an open Window in Outlook). These keys work for all other
appliciaotns.

Also, Outlook utiliziation jumps high and keeps running between 20 - 40 %
once I open a message or try using the delete key.

Other than this, all else appears to be working fine.
Any ideas?

RESOLVED...

I resolved the error myself..

I deletred and recreated my Outlook Mail Profile and this seemed to take
care of the issue. Once re-cached, all keys are functioning normally and CPU
utiliziation is back to normal levels...
