Delete an incomplete installation

Windows 2000 was installed successfully on a HP machine but by mistake the setup process was initiaded again. The process did not finish, so when the server is rebooted two higlight options appear, one for Windows 2000 and the other one Windows 2000 Setup. How can I delete the option Windows 2000 setup or there is a way to reverse that action

Unhide & modify the hidden file c:\boot.ini, using notepad.exe.
