Delete address in delivery address box.

I have entered 5 address's in the Letters & Labels delivery address box that
are incorrect, I would like to delete those mistakes

You would need to delete the addresses using the application that "owns" the
address book. Usually, that would be Outlook. Delete the items from the
Contacts folder where they appear.

I deleted the 5 address's from my address book, re-started the computer, the
names and address still show up in the Delivery address box, I entered the
correct information and now those address show up 2 times in the Delivery
Address Box

What program did you use to access your address book?

If you mean the addresses remain in the drop down list attached to the
insert address feature in the envelopes and labels wizard, then this
information is stored in the registry in the Word data key. It cannot be
cleared without clearing all the personalisations stored in this key, but if
