Delete a toolbar

I have a toolbar that shows up on my IE. I want to
delete it completely from my computer. How can I do
this? I don't even know where to search for the file. I
don't want to HIDE it, I want it gone! Help!
 
Just curious to know if you got an answer to your
problem. I'm having the same problem.
