delete a message in outbox.

I cannot delete a message in outbox. I tried following some of the
directions but am confused when you talk about cmd prompt and copying the
file. I have no idea where that is. Do you have a phone number so I can be
talked through this? Very frustrating. This is the first time this has
happened and I have no idea why. It is creating problems sending and
receiving email.

I don't know what directions you are referring to, but the latest
Microsoft fix does not require knowing anything about a CMD Prompt.

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
