Delete a file

Short and simple, while downloading video files (porn) yesterday from
limewire somebody likes to play jokes, but i dont think its funny. IN
short the 44meg file was blank, nothing in it. The fun started when
trying to delete it. You cant. I cannot view properties of the file or
change attributes.

I figured i would pull out old failsafe-ERD COMMANDER.Boot and still
cant do anything with the file.I will get one or the other error
messages: THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED or AN UNNAMED FILE
CONTAINS AN INVALID PATH. Even in a dos mode boot i can see the file,
but do nothing with it.

Is this something i must hunt and destroy in the registry or what??

You might want to try deleting the folder or try using the 8.3
path/filename for the delete command. You can find the 8.3 name by
using dir /x at the command prompt.
