I have been given editors rights to another users inbox,
calendar, tasks, journal etc. I don't want to have to
File - Open - Other Users folder every time I need to view
their information. Is there a more permanent way to view
my bosses folder perhaps through my folder list or through
my outlook bar. I am using outlook 2000

Thanks very much

Make sure you have "show this folder" permissions on his
Outlook Today folder and on the folders you want to see.
If this is the case go to your Exchange account
properties and go to the tab Advanced. Here you can add
mailboxes.

Hope this helps!
