Delegation of control of a group

Hello,
I would like that one of the users could add users to only a group.
(normal security group that we've created)
Is it possible to do that. If yes how?

Ok,
I've created a new ou in our security groups ou and it seems working.
Now I'm trying to find a way to delegation of adding or removing users
to this group. I'm testing

You should be able to go to AD Users and Computers, right click on the
Domain, and choose something like "Show Advanced Options" or something
to that effect. I don't have a console in front of me at the moment.
Anyway, once you do this, it is much easier to delegate more granular
security because a new tab is added to the property sheets. Once the
advanced controls are enabled, you can go into the properties for a
group, and there should be a "Security" tab. In here, you can assign
permissions that individual users have on the group, just like you
would to a folder or something in Windows. I hope this helps...
