Hi All,
how to delegate the right to change users phone numbers?

any help would be greatly appreciated

You would need to give the user(s) read and write permission for the phone
number property. You can do the same for any user property that you want a
users or users to be able to modify.

Tks, i did that Ok.
How can I remove delegated rights?

To remove the delegation you will need to remove the permissions that you
gave the user or users. You are basically reversing the actions.
