We have several items set as resources (i.e training room, video equipment).
When these resources are booked in a meeting, I want a copy of the meeting
request to go to the faciliteis dept so they know to set the equipment up. I
assigned the facilities manager as a delegate but when I set up a meeting
request, for the equipment, he does not receive an email.
Any ideas? We are using Exchange 2003 with sp2 and outlook 2003 pro.
