user1 delegate mailbox to user2,

a) When user1 send mail on behalf of user2, in the "From:" field it shows
user1 as the sender. Can it be cofigure such that the "From:" field shows
the user1 as the sender?

b) When user1 send mail behalf of user2, copy of send out mail goes to user1
own sent box. Can it be configure the copy of send mail goes to user2 send
box?
