Delegate Access to Inbox

How do I set-up delegate access to sub-folders in my inbox versus my entire
inbox.

You need to check the folder visible button, but keep the permissions as none
for your mailbox/inbox, and subfolders under that until you get to the folder
you want to share. This will allow the user to view the folders, but not see
anything in them. On the folder you want them to see, give them the
permissions you choose to give them. All of this is avaliable when you right
click the folder and go to permissions. Hope this helps.
