Delegate access problem

A secretary of our client has delegate access to her boss' mailbox. However
when she sends a mail on behalf of him "send on behalf of" is NOT added to
the from-field. Only the boss' name is visible and appears in the from-field

Anybody heard of this?

The symptoms you describe occur when the delegate has Send As permission
over the boss' mailbox, so check the permissions.
