Delay SENDING an e-mail in Outlook '03???

Jay

Does anyone know how I can delay the sending of all e-
mail messages for about 3/4 muinutes (to allow time for
me to cancel them if they were sent by mistake or sent to
the wrong person). I know that using Tools/Rules &
Alerts, I can delay the "delivery" of a message. But that
doesn't work for me -- guess my ISP isn't using a MS
Exchange Server as required!

What I'd really like is for ALL outgoing e-mail messages
to be automatically put in the "Outbox" and held there
for the period of time before they are released. Can
things be set up this way?

Hi Jay
I dont think that Outlook has the ability to do what you
want it to, I guess you will have to double check the
address BEFORE you click on "Send" :)

P.s am more than happy to be proved wrong

Blast-I was hoping. But this is Something that new
versions SHOULD offer. It's so damn easy to send an email
by mistake to the wrong person!!! And, so
embarrassiung!!!!!-----Original Message-----

Just use that rule - it is actually a delayed send for anything but an
online Exchange account, so it will do what you want.
