When I send one of my users an email he does not receive it instantly.
Instead he has to click on another folder in outlook, say the calendar and
then the email appears in his inbox.

This is happening to three out of sixty five users.

I have searched the internet and have seen the same problem appear but
no solution.

We are using exchange 2000 sp3 and xp sp1 and sp2 workstations.

No software installations or hardware installations have taken place.

Help!!!

Thanks

This is being controlled by UDP packets. Make sure the firewall isn't
blocking this kind of traffic.
