DEL to enter Setup or ALT F2 to enter EZ Flash

sorted, ive mangaed to flash the bios from 1005 to 1007 and all is ok now,
thanks all for the help

I have also downloaded the 1007 bios and the boot up problem has not raised
its head again as yet. The temps are also a little lower at 32/46.
