degragment pst

Is there any way to defragment a large PST file in 2003? I am using the
"new" PST format which apparently allows file sizes up to 20GB, although my
current file size is 2GB. It is split among 800 fragments.

Thanks!
 
Uhmm... ya, its called Disk Defragmenter and it comes with Windows XP.
