Defragmenting error

Hi, Does anyone know why, when I defragment my drive it comes up with the error
"The scan has been cancelled because an error occurred in file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WBEM\Repository\FS\index.map"

I have tried this 3 times and it appears each time.

It appears that this file is possibly corrupted? I would suggest running a
CHKDSK /R on the drive (will require a reboot in order to perform) and see
if CHKDSK finds/fixes any errors.
