When I try to defrag C, I get the fllowing message:

Disk Defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled
to run on the volume: Boot (C:).

Please run Chkdsk/f.

I am trying to defrag as my PC is "freezing" sevearl
times each day.

Whats up?

Paul, go to Start>Run type: chkdsk /f You will get a DOS
window. Type Y for yes and then Restart.
