Defragmentation problem

hi, my computer has not been able to defragment successfully each time i run
the program, stopping at only 54%. The report says that certain files cannot
be defragmented, an example is
\Program Files\Unieting\Cache\00006b36_446a2355_00056229
I tried locating these files but could not find them. I would like to defrag
my computer successfully without any errors, pls help.
